ASI Industrial has helped complete several ethanol plants providing Design Build services for all phases of bulk material handling for the plant. These scenarios typically involve the receiving of the cereal grains, whether the receiving is via truck, rail, or both. The scenarios involve the storage, screening, and milling of the cereal grains prior to fermentation as well.
Additionally, ASI will also provide services for the ?back end? of the ethanol plants as well. This design build work typically involves the handling and storage of the wet cake (or wet distillers grains), as well as the storage and handling of the dried distiller grains. In most cases loadout system to rail, truck, or both for the distillers grains are involved in these projects as well.
